Meet a Mentor bridges the gap between young talent and creative industry professionals.

For mentees, it offers mentorship, skill-building, industry talks, networking, and exclusive job opportunities.

For mentors, it's a chance to give back, share expertise, and shape the next generation of creative professionals.

For employers, it provides access to culturally aware, innovative young professionals skilled in problem-solving, digital storytelling, and communication.

We also design bootcamps and training programs, pairing top talent with leading organizations for live briefs, content creation, videography, and tailored recruitment.

Fran Plowright

Fran Plowright, founder and curator of Meet a Mentor, collaborates with industry leaders to design and deliver training programs for underrepresented young creatives seeking authentic, real-world learning experiences.

With a background in media production and deep connections in the broadcast and creative industries, Fran is dedicated to nurturing new talent. She bridges the gap for emerging professionals, connecting like-minded creatives and opening doors to mentors, networks, and career opportunities.

Fran also curates discussions for young people, offering a platform for dialogue on education, youth culture, diversity, opportunities, and identity in modern Britain.
