We design and deliver leadership development
programmes supporting emerging, mid-career and senior leaders to build confidence, develop their leadership practice and navigate real workplace challenges.

Our approach combines, mentoring and coaching, peer learning and facilitated leadership masterclasses creating space for people to reflect, think differently, learn from one another and turn insight into action. Programmes can be designed around the needs of an organisation or cohort, and one-to-one  bespoke mentoring and coaching is also available.

Fran has extensive experience designing and facilitating talent and leadership development programmes across the creative sector and is a trained and certified 
Action Learning Facilitator.
