Learning the Ropes is our flagship mentoring programme delivered in partnership with Dermot O'Leary's Tuskar Trust and Fremantle UK. We also work with the Radio Academy on their mentoring programme Audio Academy Mentoring Programme and run the Sony Music Podcast Academy.
