Fran is delighted to be working with the Radio Academy on their prestigious mentoring programme RAMP 2025.

RAMP is the audio industry's professional annual mentoring programme aimed at supporting people at mid-level in their audio careers, across all areas of the industry.

RAMP is both a personal and professional development initiative, which helps to build confidence for participants to take charge of and advance their own careers. At a point when many people face barriers to progression in their professional careers, RAMP aims to open access to industry leaders, expertise and support, addressing personal challenges and advancing equity in the industry.

The audio industry is a diverse space, and this programme seeks to lean into and expand upon that, allowing room to grow and develop both individuals and the industry even further. There is always space to learn and develop, and the shared knowledge between peers and mentors is an extremely valuable resource which benefits not only the cohort, but the industry as a whole.

Each mentee will benefit from confidential one-to-one mentoring sessions, as well as peer development and valuable leadership skills through a series of seminars and training workshops curated and delivered by Fran.
