Cassandra began the programme with the aim to focus her career on something that creatively challenged and excited her. Cass also wanted to find out what specific role she'd like to do either in radio or film as well as make the most of her time whilst at her current internship.
Cass was paired with Wayne Holloway, a writer and Creative Director. Together they worked through Cass's CV and prepared for interviews.
Since the end of the programme, Cass worked for Red Bull Media and applied for and got accepted onto a Production traineeship at Channel 4 which she started in September 2018.
